How we can help you
At Kirby Dental, our dentist in Teddington can offer our patients a wide range of dental treatments to help keep their smile healthy and looking great.
Let’s have a look at some of the advantages of you and your family joining our practice today!
Our dentist in Teddington knows that as many as 1 in 3 dental patients suffers from an aversion to attending check-ups and having procedures performed.
This may be due to an early childhood experience with a dental professional who was less than sympathetic, or it may be due to a concern that the dental work performed will be painful and invasive.
Our team will always aim to make you feel comfortable and in control when you visit us and will let you guide all treatments. We will also advise you on the most suitable procedures to alleviate any issue that has occurred, helping you to make the best choices about your dental care.
Emergency care
Should you ever need to attend an emergency appointment, our dentist in Teddington will aim to see you as soon as possible to help alleviate discomfort and keep any procedures needed to a minimum.
So if you have lost a filling, broken a tooth or have a toothache that is keeping you awake at night, our team will always aim to see you resolve these issues promptly.
We can also offer you over the phone advice on how to manage your dental emergency before attending the appointment.
General dental care
We are happy to be a family-orientated clinic and can offer our patients and their children the highest quality dental care available.
Even if you have recently welcomed a new edition to your family, we will be able to offer you advice on how best to care for their teeth and how to prevent issues in the future.
We always advise our patients to attend biannual check-ups to keep any dental issues to a minimum, and following government guideline restrictions and the subsequent delays that followed with patients obtaining dental treatment, now is the perfect time to book your check-up with us.
If you have teeth missing from your mouth, you may already have a bridge or denture to fill the gap and act as a method of chewing and biting into food.
But many patients have concerns about using dentures and bridges, due in part to them being wobbly and moving at unpredictable times.
Dental implants offer a more permanent solution to the issue of missing teeth; the implant itself acts as a false root to the tooth and is placed into the jawbone to fuse. After around 3-9 months, our team is then able to place the permanent prosthetic on top of the implants, closing any gaps in your smile and blending in with your surrounding teeth.
We will aim to make your implants look as natural as possible, matching your natural teeth in both shade and enamel translucency.
